Workshops: Ökologische & nachhaltige Landwirtschaft, Erwerb von selbständigem Einkommen, Organischer Kompost und Dünger, Trainings zu Finanzmanagement, Marketingstrategien und -umsetzung, Berufsorientierung sowie menstruale Hygiene

Gruppen (5): MBINGO 2 Gruppe (40 Teilnehmerinnen), TUMUKU Gruppe (40 Teilnehmerinnen), AFUA 1 Gruppe (40 Teilnehmerinnen), AFUA 2 Gruppe (40 Teilnehmerinnen), TWANG -NTAM Gruppe (45 Teilnehmerinnen)

In diesem vierten Projekt wird ein erstes Mal versucht, Daten vor und nach der Durchführung des Projektes zu erheben. Dazu haben wir einen auf das Projekt passenden Fragebogen entwickelt. Mit den verschiedenen Fragen wird das Wissen der Teilnehmerinnen aus den verschiedenen Gruppen rund um die geplanten Workshops und Trainings im Vorfeld abgefragt. Die gleichen resp. ähnlichen Fragen werden gegen Ende des Projektes erneut abgefragt. Anhand der Auswertung der Fragebogen versuchen wir im Anschluss die Wirksamkeit der Workshops und Trainings einzuschätzen, um nachhaltige Anpassungen vornehmen zu können.

Location: Boyo and Tubah in the rural northwest region of Cameroon

Workshops: Organic & sustainable agriculture, acquisition of self-sustaining income, organic compost and fertilizer, trainings on financial management, marketing strategies and implementation, vocational orientation, and menstrual hygiene.

Groups (5): MBUNGO 2 group (40 participants), TUMUKU group (40 participants), AFUA group (40 participants), BAICHAM group (40 participants), TWANG-NTAM group (45 participants)

In this fourth project, we will try for the first time to collect data before and after the implementation of the project. For this purpose, we have developed a questionnaire suitable for the project, which will be translated by Valentine into the respective spoken dialects. With the different questions the knowledge of the participants from the different groups around the planned workshops and trainings will be asked in advance. The same or similar questions will be asked again towards the end of the project. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaires, we try to assess the effectiveness of the workshops and trainings afterwards in order to be able to make sustainable adjustments.
